14-day return window

you may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery, in line with eu consumer protection law. the product must be in its original packaging.

how to start a return

1. email us with your order number and reason for return
2. we'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions
3. pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions
4. once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days

exceptions

because this is a cosmetic product, opened or used jars cannot be accepted for return, except where the product is faulty or damaged on arrival. if that happens, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

refunds

approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or faulty item).
