we offer free standard shipping on all eu orders over €60. orders under €60 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on destination.

estimated delivery is 3–5 business days within the european union, from the date your order is dispatched. you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

currently, understory ships within the european union only. we're evaluating expansion to additional regions — sign up to our newsletter to be notified when that changes.

returns

in line with eu consumer protection law, you have the right to return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

to start a return, contact us with your order number. once we confirm eligibility, we'll provide instructions for sending the product back. refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

because understory is a cosmetic product, opened jars cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

if your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
