1. Who we are
These terms apply to all orders placed at under-story.eu. Understory is a trade name of SAMKTG E-Commerce, Overtoom 205 B3, 1054 HT Amsterdam, The Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 81036752, VAT number NL003520395B16. 2. Scope
These terms apply to every offer and order between Understory and consumers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

3. Products and prices
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour or appearance in product photos are possible. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before you complete your order and are explained in our Shipping policy.

4. Ordering and contract
The contract is concluded once you’ve completed your order and received our order confirmation by email. If we can’t fulfil your order, for example because a product is out of stock, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and refund any payment in full.

5. Payment
You can pay using the payment methods offered at checkout. Your order will be dispatched once payment has been received.

6. Delivery
We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. Delivery times are estimates; see our Shipping policy for details. The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered to you.

7. Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. For hygiene and health reasons, this right does not apply to products whose seal has been broken after delivery. How to return, return costs and refunds are explained in our Return and refund policy. You can use the model cancellation form at the end of these terms, but you don’t have to.

8. Damaged or faulty products
You have the statutory right to a product that meets the agreement. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time after you discover the issue. We’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund, as described in our Return and refund policy.

9. Use of our products
Our products are intended for external use on hair only. Please read the ingredient list before use and stop using the product if irritation occurs. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend a patch test first.

10. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow such a limitation. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

11. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Understory and may not be used without our written permission.

12. Privacy
We handle your personal data with care and in line with the GDPR. Read our Privacy policy for details.

13. Complaints
Do you have a complaint? Email us at hello@under-story.eu. We’ll respond within 14 days.

14. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands or in your country of residence.

15. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies.
